Modcon General Contracting began as a modest venture in Dubai, UAE, and has evolved into a leading healthcare construction company with a presence in the UAE, Oman, and India. Our journey has been guided by a clear vision: to be the number one choice for healthcare infrastructure worldwide.
Starting with piped medical gas systems, we expanded our offerings to include Modular Operating Rooms and eventually became a provider of turnkey medical engineering services. Today, we cover all verticals of hospital construction in-house, from civil works and MEP to fit-outs and modular offsite construction, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end healthcare solution for our clients.
